Eva Villegas is a dedicated advocate and community organizer. She graduated with an Associates of Arts degree from Salt Lake Community College in 2020. She started volunteering with Comunidades Unidas the same year, driven by the need she saw in her community. Eva was a Promotora, and helped families connect with essential resources.

 

In July 2023, Eva took on the role of Immigrant Rights Organizer at Comunidades Unidas and has continued in this position until the present day. She is a compassionate and knowledgeable point of contact for community members seeking assistance with immigration-related matters. Through the Immigration Clinic Phone Line, Eva provides valuable guidance and support to individuals navigating the complexities of the immigration system. Additionally, she ensures that clients in need of Immigration assistance are connected with relevant organizations through thoughtful referrals.

 

Fun Facts: Eva likes listening to music, watching K-dramas, and cooking different appetizing recipes. Her favorite recipes are home-style Mexican food.
