Teresa de la Vega is a Promotora of Comunidades, she is responsible for the telephone line, and participates in the covid-19 program. She is originally from Mexico City and emigrated 20 years ago to the state of Utah looking for a better opportunity for her family. Teresa studied to be a teacher in Preschool education, at the National School for Kindergarten Teachers, and a Bachelor's degree at the National Pedagogical University. Her passion is to be a Promotora, she likes to connect with her community, since she knows the difficulties of being an immigrant in this country. She dreams of justice and social equity, and she knows it can be achieved through Comunidades Unidas.
