DIGITAL VOTER PORTAL

GRAPHIC.1.png

Welcome

Since 2008, Comunidades Unidas has carried out campaigns that provide Utah’s new, low-propensity, and historically marginalized voters the chance to learn how to engage in the process. While the type of work we did through the campaigns has evolved over the years to meet voters where they are, one thing has remained constant: we provide voters with the facts they need to make informed decisions at the polls.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our Campaign

Who We Are

Historically marginalized communities face obstacles when engaging in economic, political, and social systems. For this reason, we launched the campaign at Comunidades Unidas: Tu Voto Cuenta—our initiative for citizen participation.

VOTING IS CRUCIAL FOR SHAPING

OUR FUTURES AND COMMUNITIES

Voting helps address concerns like immigration, climate change, affordable housing, and access to healthcare. Electing leaders committed to issues you care about ensures solutions for you and your community.

Even if politics isn’t your main focus, powerful groups and individuals are using their political influence to shape decisions that directly impact your life, essentially making choices on your behalf. By voting, you take back your voice in these decisions.

Voting empowers you to shape policies that affect your life, support your community, advocate for those without a voice, drive progress, and ensure you have a say in decisions that are impacting your daily life.
